Special General Body Meeting of the Society  was held on  19.08.2018  at 10.00 A.M.  at      Compound  the building was held as per notice dt 1.08.2018 along with agenda.

3.                   Mr Chetan Shah explained that the earlier process of redevelopment initiated in 2011 could not be proceeded with because of the status quo order of the State Consumer Redressal Commission .The complaint No 305/2011 has been disposed of of and now the process can be again started.He pointed out that as per the Guidelines dt 3rd January 2009,requisition of 4 members is required to proceed for redevelopment which is received.Thereafter the Committee has to call General Body Meeting to take preliminary decision as whether members are deswirous of going for redevelopent .He suggested that who all are willing to go for redevelopment that is demolishing the present structure and reconstucting a new building thereon. All members present agreed for demolishing the present structure and reconstructing new a new Building.
