25,000.00 plus Rs 13,30,000.00 including fees for tender preparation, advertising the invitation of offers, scrutinizing offer, negotiating with proposed developer and finalizing draft development agreement with prospective Developer. Entire cost to be recovered from successful Builder. Rs 25,000.00 is already paid for getting Project Feasibility Report. |
6. The General Body discussed the comparative quotations and observed that the Royal team offer is most reasonable and workable.It was observed that a clause contains adjustment of tender fees against cost of floating tender. It was suggested by members that the Society shall not bear any short fall nor will claim surplus in cost of tender process and tender fees collected. It was therefore UNANIMOUSLY Resolved that the Royal Team of A-15 , I.C Anita CHSL, 1st Holy Cross Road, I.C. Colony ,Borivali(West) Mumbai 400103 Tele 9819366966 E mail royalteammumbai@gmail.com is approved and appointed as Project Management Cosultants as per offer Dt 28.11.2022 with modification of clause 2.a) to the effect that that the Society shall not bear any short fall nor will claim surplus in cost of tender process and tender fees collected.It was Resolved that the entire fees of the Project Management Consultant shall be recovered from the Collection of the Tender Fees and balance shall be paid by the successful developer and society shall not pay or bear any fees of the Royal Team acting as Project Management Consultant. It is further Resolved that the Agreement or Appointment letter to the said effect shall be executed and signed on behalf of the Society by Chairman Mr Chetan Jaysukhlal Shah and Hon Secretary Mr Narendra Amrutlal Sonpal.
